Huenara Privacy Policy
1. Core experience
Huenara (Android package com.vixora.color_haven) does not require a Vixora account for its core coloring experience. Coloring progress, favorites, preferences and similar state are primarily stored locally.
2. Local information
The app may save coloring progress, selected colors, favorites, theme preferences, daily-art state, achievement progress and other settings so your experience can be restored.
3. Firebase Analytics
Huenara uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage and improve the product. It may process app-instance identifiers, device/app information and event data according to Google's Firebase terms.
4. Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics may process crash traces, device metadata, app version information, installation identifiers and diagnostics needed to investigate stability issues.
5. Advertising and consent
Huenara includes Google Mobile Ads support. Ads may include rewarded or interstitial formats where enabled. Consent and privacy-choice mechanisms are used where required before requesting ads.
6. Sharing and exports
When you choose to share an exported artwork or completion result, Android's share interface may send it to the app or service you select. Vixora does not automatically upload your exported artwork to a Vixora server.
7. Your choices
You may clear local progress by clearing app storage or uninstalling Huenara. Android and Google privacy controls can be used for applicable advertising choices.
8. Children and audience
Huenara does not require a name, email address or direct-message submission for core coloring. Store audience settings, advertising configuration and safeguards are kept aligned with each release.
9. Changes and contact
This policy is updated if Huenara materially changes its SDKs, advertising, analytics, cloud services or data practices. Contact Vixora through the support page.
Data controller and contact
Vixora publishes Huenara. Contact vixora.tech@gmail.com for privacy questions or applicable data requests. Include the app name; never send passwords, payment details or verification codes by email.
Purposes, legal bases and service providers
Coloring progress and preferences are normally on-device. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics and Google Mobile Ads may process diagnostic, device, app-interaction and advertising information as described above. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, requested app functionality may be processed to deliver the service, optional advertising features may rely on consent when legally required, and proportionate diagnostics and service security may rely on legitimate interests where permitted. Applicable third-party SDK providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Review Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase privacy information where relevant.
Retention and international processing
On-device settings and progress may remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior. Third-party analytics, advertising or authentication services use their configured retention arrangements; cloud data, if used, is retained only for the operating, security and legal purposes described in this policy. Processing by third-party providers may occur outside your country under their applicable data-transfer arrangements. For questions about a specific retention period, contact Vixora.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent for consent-based features. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority. To submit a request, contact Vixora using the address above; some actions involving data stored only on your device can be performed by clearing the app's data in Android settings.
