Pocket Ray Terms of Use
1. Licence
Vixora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pocket Ray for lawful personal use, subject to applicable app-store rules.
2. Intended purpose
Pocket Ray provides torch, screen-light and SOS-style flashing utilities. It is not an emergency communications service and does not transmit your location or request assistance.
3. Safe use
Use bright and flashing lights responsibly. Do not use the app in ways that distract drivers, create unsafe conditions or harm people who may be sensitive to flashing light.
4. Advertising and third parties
Pocket Ray may display advertising supplied by third parties such as Google. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Compatibility
Hardware and Android versions vary. Vixora cannot guarantee every feature will operate identically on every device.
6. Intellectual property
Pocket Ray software, branding, interface and Vixora-provided content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, bypass security controls, distribute malicious modifications or use it to violate law or third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Pocket Ray is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
9. Privacy and contact

Changes and support
Vixora may update these terms and the related product information to reflect changes in functionality, law or third-party services.
