RemoNook Smart Privacy Policy
1. Local-network design
RemoNook Smart (Android package com.vixora.remora) is designed to discover, pair with and control compatible Android TV and Google TV devices over your local network.
2. Device discovery and pairing
The app may process local-network information such as device addresses, service-discovery details, device names or identifiers, pairing state and connection information in order to find and communicate with devices you choose to control.
3. Local credentials
Secure pairing credentials may be stored using Android's protected storage or keystore facilities where supported so you do not need to pair every time.
4. Remote commands
Ordinary remote-control commands are designed to travel between your phone and the paired TV over your local network rather than through a Vixora cloud remote-control service.
5. Permissions and network access
Network capabilities are required for discovery and connection. Normal network communication may expose technical metadata to your router, TV and operating system.
6. Accounts, ads and analytics
The current RemoNook Smart development baseline does not require a Vixora account or route ordinary remote commands through a Vixora backend. If advertising, analytics, crash reporting or cloud features are added, this policy and store disclosures will be updated.
7. Security
No networked software can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your phone, home network and paired devices.

Data controller and contact
Vixora publishes RemoNook Smart. Contact vixora.tech@gmail.com for privacy questions or applicable data requests. Include the app name; never send passwords, payment details or verification codes by email.
Purposes, legal bases and service providers
Local TV discovery, connection details and pairing credentials support requested remote-control features. If analytics, advertising or cloud functions are introduced, they must be reflected in the published policy and Play Data Safety declarations before release. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, requested app functionality may be processed to deliver the service, optional advertising features may rely on consent when legally required, and proportionate diagnostics and service security may rely on legitimate interests where permitted. Applicable third-party SDK providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Review Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase privacy information where relevant.
Retention and international processing
On-device settings and progress may remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior. Third-party analytics, advertising or authentication services use their configured retention arrangements; cloud data, if used, is retained only for the operating, security and legal purposes described in this policy. Processing by third-party providers may occur outside your country under their applicable data-transfer arrangements. For questions about a specific retention period, contact Vixora.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent for consent-based features. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority. To submit a request, contact Vixora using the address above; some actions involving data stored only on your device can be performed by clearing the app's data in Android settings.
