RemoNook Smart Terms of Use
1. Licence
Vixora grants you a limited personal licence to use RemoNook Smart for lawful control of compatible devices you own or are authorised to control.
2. Supported devices
The current target is compatible Android TV and Google TV devices using supported remote-service functionality. Support is not guaranteed for every smart-TV brand, model or firmware.
3. Authorised control only
Do not use RemoNook Smart to attempt unauthorised access to another person's device or network.
4. Network requirements
Discovery, pairing and control depend on local-network conditions, compatible TV software, router settings and device configuration.
5. Security
You are responsible for protecting your phone, network and paired devices against unauthorised access.
6. Third-party platforms
Android TV and Google TV are third-party platforms. References describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement. Platform or manufacturer changes may affect functionality.
7. Availability
Features and compatibility may change as the app develops. Vixora does not guarantee uninterrupted or universal compatibility.
8. Intellectual property
RemoNook Smart software, branding and Vixora-provided content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Privacy and contact
Use is also subject to the RemoNook Smart Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent through the Vixora contact page.
Changes and support
Vixora may update these terms and the related product information to reflect changes in functionality, law or third-party services.
