Request deletion without installing the app
You can request deletion of your Tale Relay account and associated personal data by contacting Vixora. Use the email address associated with your account to help us verify that the request is authorised.
Request account deletion by email
Or email vixora.tech@gmail.com with the subject Tale Relay Account Deletion. Include only the account email or sign-in method and your request. Never send passwords, OTPs, signing keys or government IDs.
What the request covers
Vixora will review the request to delete your Tale Relay account and personal data associated with that account, such as profile, account-linked writing activity and account-linked preferences, subject to technical dependencies and applicable legal requirements. Because other people may have contributed to shared story branches, Vixora will assess removal or de-identification of collaborative content alongside applicable privacy rights.
Verification, exceptions and confirmation
We may ask you to confirm ownership using your registered account email or another proportionate method. Where information must be retained for a legal obligation or necessary security, fraud-prevention or abuse-investigation purpose, we will explain the relevant categories and retention criteria when responding. We will confirm the outcome of the request by email.
Other ways to manage your data
See the Tale Relay Privacy Policy for information about data practices and privacy rights. Requests may be sent even if you no longer have access to the app. The availability of this web route does not replace the in-app account deletion path required for a released account-creating app.
