Tale Relay Terms of Use
1. Account use
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Do not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive or unlawful purposes.
2. Collaborative content
You retain rights you hold in original content you submit. By submitting story content, you grant Vixora the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, reproduce, format and distribute that content within Tale Relay and to operate the collaborative story features.
3. Community participation
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, privacy-invasive, infringing or malicious content. Vixora may moderate, restrict or remove content and accounts to enforce applicable rules and protect the service.
4. Branching and continuation
Other users may continue or branch from content made available for collaboration. The nature of Tale Relay means community contributions can take a story in directions you did not create or endorse.
5. Intellectual property
Only submit material you have the right to use. Vixora branding, software and original interface assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Service availability
Tale Relay depends on network connectivity and cloud services. Features, limits and compatibility may change as the product develops.
7. Third-party services
Authentication, analytics and cloud infrastructure may be provided by Google/Firebase and are also subject to applicable third-party terms.
8. Enforcement
Vixora may suspend access, restrict functionality or take other proportionate action for abuse, repeated violations, security threats or legal requirements.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Tale Relay is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. User-generated content reflects its authors, not necessarily Vixora. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Account deletion
To request the removal of a Tale Relay account and related personal data, see Account Deletion. Subject to applicable law, limited information may be retained for necessary security, fraud-prevention or legal obligations.
Changes and support
Vixora may update these terms and the related product information to reflect changes in functionality, law or third-party services.
