Tiny Sway Privacy Policy

Updated: 8 October 2026

1. Floating overlay functionality

Tiny Sway uses Android's permission to display over other apps when you enable its floating charm feature. This permission allows the charm to remain visible above supported apps; it is not intended to read the content displayed by other apps.

2. Local preferences

Charm selection, size, position, cord or hanging preferences and similar customisation settings may be stored locally so your setup can be restored.

3. Analytics and crash diagnostics

Distributed builds may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage, app stability and crashes. These services may process app-instance identifiers, device/app metadata, events and diagnostic information under Google's terms.

4. Advertising and consent

Tiny Sway may use Google Mobile Ads to support the free experience. Where required, Google's consent and privacy-choice mechanisms are used before ad requests. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived general location, interactions and diagnostics.

5. Overlay interaction

Tiny Sway is designed so the charm itself can respond to touch while surrounding screen areas remain available to underlying apps where supported by Android.

6. Information not required for core use

Tiny Sway does not require you to submit contacts, photos, precise location or payment information to use the core charm customisation experience.

7. Your choices

You can disable overlay permission in Android settings, clear locally stored preferences, manage applicable advertising privacy choices or uninstall the app.

8. Changes and contact

This policy will be updated when Tiny Sway materially changes its permissions, SDKs or data practices. Questions can be sent through the Vixora contact page.

Data controller and contact

Vixora publishes Tiny Sway. Contact vixora.tech@gmail.com for privacy questions or applicable data requests. Include the app name; never send passwords, payment details or verification codes by email.

Purposes, legal bases and service providers

Local charm preferences and overlay permissions support the floating charm; analytics, crash reporting and advertising SDKs, when active, may process app/device, usage and diagnostic information. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, requested app functionality may be processed to deliver the service, optional advertising features may rely on consent when legally required, and proportionate diagnostics and service security may rely on legitimate interests where permitted. Applicable third-party SDK providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Review Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase privacy information where relevant.

Retention and international processing

On-device settings and progress may remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app, subject to device backup behavior. Third-party analytics, advertising or authentication services use their configured retention arrangements; cloud data, if used, is retained only for the operating, security and legal purposes described in this policy. Processing by third-party providers may occur outside your country under their applicable data-transfer arrangements. For questions about a specific retention period, contact Vixora.

Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent for consent-based features. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority. To submit a request, contact Vixora using the address above; some actions involving data stored only on your device can be performed by clearing the app's data in Android settings.
