Tiny Sway Terms of Use
1. Licence
Vixora grants you a limited personal licence to install and use Tiny Sway in accordance with applicable app-store rules.
2. Overlay permission
Floating charms require Android display-over-other-apps permission. You may disable this permission at any time, but doing so prevents the overlay feature from operating.
3. Responsible use
Position and size the charm so it does not interfere with important controls, accessibility features, safety-related apps or tasks that require an unobstructed display.
4. Compatibility
Android versions, device manufacturers and system overlay rules vary. Vixora cannot guarantee identical behavior on every device.
5. Advertising
Tiny Sway may display advertising. Ad availability and privacy choices depend on region, consent and third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
Tiny Sway software, original charm assets, branding and interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party rights remain with their owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse permissions, distribute malicious modifications, bypass security controls or use the app unlawfully.
8. Availability
Features, charm collections and compatibility may be improved, modified or removed over time.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Tiny Sway is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Changes and support
Vixora may update these terms and the related product information to reflect changes in functionality, law or third-party services.
