Data and purposes: This is a static GitHub Pages website. Vixora does not run its own analytics scripts or marketing trackers here. GitHub may process technical connection data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the site. When you email Vixora, your message, email address and any details you provide are processed to answer or resolve your request.
Legal bases: Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for basic website operation, security and proportionate support correspondence, and on legal obligations where applicable. We do not use this website to process app account passwords or payment details.
Recipients and international transfers: GitHub hosts the site and the email provider processes support messages. Those service providers may process data internationally subject to their own published safeguards and terms. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Retention: Vixora keeps support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant support history or meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized as appropriate. GitHub independently controls retention of its infrastructure logs.
Your rights: Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to your relevant data-protection authority. Email Vixora to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
External services: Links to Google Play or other sites lead to services with their own policies. App data practices are detailed in each app-specific policy above.
Vixora updates product-specific policies when an app materially changes its SDKs, account model, advertising, analytics, cloud services or other data practices. Google Play Data Safety disclosures should remain consistent with the applicable product policy.
